For the month of February 2012, Las Vegas home sales rose to their highest level for that month in six years, with the metropolitan area seeing well over 4,000 homes and condos closed in escrow.
According to real estate analytics firm DataQuick, that figure is up five percent from January and almost nine percent from February 2011. The latest data covers sales in the Las Vegas-Paradise metro area, or Clark County.
